1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 777ad2 ("777ad2", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 777ad2 website located at 777ad2.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with 777ad2's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and 777ad2.

2. Eligibility

Access to the 777ad2 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be met at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, restricted, or requires a licence not held by 777ad2.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of 777ad2 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or similar restriction applicable to the 777ad2 Platform.

777ad2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money features of the 777ad2 Platform, you must register an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your real name, valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other details requested.
• Promptly update your account information if any detail changes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and any other security credentials. You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Register only one account per person. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify 777ad2 immediately at [email protected]. 777ad2 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain appropriate security of your credentials.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your 777ad2 account must be made via the payment methods displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Accepted methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT cryptocurrency. Available methods may change from time to time at 777ad2's sole discretion.

• All funds deposited to your 777ad2 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the Cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.
• 777ad2 does not accept deposits made using funds derived from criminal or unlawful activities. Deposits suspected of constituting money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet balance once confirmed by the respective payment network. Processing times vary by method; JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited immediately.
• 777ad2 is not liable for any delays in deposit processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from your 777ad2 account is subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your 777ad2 account. 777ad2 will not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts.
• You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the Cashier section. Withdrawals below the stated minimum will not be processed.
• 777ad2 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. This may require submission of a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and/or proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• Withdrawal processing times are indicative and not guaranteed. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within 60 minutes; bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
• 777ad2 reserves the right to withhold or reverse withdrawal payments if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or pending identity verification.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

777ad2 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, reload promotions, and other promotional offers to eligible users. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds requirements as set out in the individual promotion terms. These must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who have complied fully with these Terms and any specific promotion terms. 777ad2 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus at its absolute discretion if it suspects abuse, misuse, or collusion.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

7. Gaming Rules

The following general gaming rules apply to all games offered on the 777ad2 Platform:

• It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a real-money bet. Game-specific rules are available within each game interface.
• All bets are final once confirmed. 777ad2 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of technical error that can be verified by the 777ad2 system.
• In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game, the affected round may be declared void and all wagers refunded. 777ad2's decision on game void disputes is final.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other system designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• All random number generator (RNG) outcomes are determined by certified algorithms. 777ad2 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the stated house edge or return-to-player (RTP) parameters published for each game.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777ad2 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Using any form of automated software, VPN, proxy, or other technical means to misrepresent your identity, location, or to exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, bonus abuse, or coordinated betting designed to guarantee risk-free profit at 777ad2's expense.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777ad2 staff or other users through any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

777ad2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of harm associated with excessive or problem gambling. The Platform is strictly for entertainment purposes — it is not a financial product or investment vehicle.

• 777ad2 provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, accessible from within your account settings.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, publish, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 777ad2.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777ad2 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer or system damage, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

777ad2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777ad2 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 777ad2 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12. Termination

777ad2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 777ad2 reasonably determines that:

• You have breached or are suspected of breaching any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading registration information.
• Your account activity is suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Continued operation of your account would expose 777ad2 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• You have initiated a chargeback against a deposit made to your 777ad2 account.

Upon termination for cause, 777ad2 may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining eligible balance (net of pending bonuses and open bets) will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of a dispute between you and 777ad2, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be escalated by contacting 777ad2 support in writing at [email protected]. 777ad2 will acknowledge and investigate all formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a final resolution within 28 days of receipt.

You agree that any dispute arising from or in connection with the Platform that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration, with the arbitrator's decision being final and enforceable as a court judgment.
